Voice Window

  Click on the Voice message icon in the toolbar of the main window. The Voice window is used to record your voice message.  It automatically compresses the audio file when attached.

1.  Start recording

Click on the Rec button to start the recording.  The total time and size of the voice recording will be updated while recording.

2.  Stop recording

Click on the Stop button to stop the recording.

3.  Playback

Click on the Play button to playback the message just recorded.  The playback progress will be displayed.

4.  Attach the voice message

Click on the Attach button to close the Voice window and attach the voice message.

5.  Cancel the voice message

Click the Cancel button if you decide not to attach the voice message and close the Voice window.

6.  Rename the voice message file

Click in the filename: field and type the name you want to give the voice message.   You will also be able to attach multiple voice messages whether or not you rename the files.

7.  Attach multiple voice messages

You will also be able to attach multiple voice messages whether or not you rename the files.  The program will automatically assign a unique filename for every attachment.
